1. Introduction

3. Use of Storage Units
You agree to use the storage unit solely for legal purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. Prohibited items include:
- Hazardous materials
- Perishable goods
- Illegal substances
- Weapons
Any attempt to store prohibited items will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement and possible legal action.
3.1 Access to Your Unit
You are granted access to your storage unit during our business hours. 24/7 access can be arranged upon request and may incur additional fees.
3.2 Maintenance and Repairs
Storage Colliers Wood is responsible for maintaining the facility and ensuring that all units are secure and in good condition. Tenants are responsible for any damages caused by their negligence.
4. Liability
Storage Colliers Wood is not responsible for the loss or damage of your stored items unless caused by our negligence or willful misconduct. It is recommended to obtain insurance for your stored belongings.
4.1 Insurance
We offer optional insurance coverage for your stored items. Please contact our office for more information about available insurance plans.
5. Termination of Agreement
Either party may terminate the rental agreement by providing written notice at least 30 days in advance. Upon termination, you must remove all items from the storage unit and settle any outstanding balances.
5.1 Early Termination
If you choose to terminate the agreement before the end of the lease term, you may be subject to an early termination fee as outlined in your rental agreement.
6. Privacy Policy
Storage Colliers Wood is committed to protecting your privacy. We collect and use your personal information solely for the purpose of providing storage services. Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
6.1 Data Security

7. Dispute Resolution
